how to cure lung related diseases at home

“Don’t underestimate coughing, chest pain, headaches, or shortness of breath — these aren’t just signs of lung disease, but indicators that your BRAIN is lacking oxygen.Weak lungs deplete the brain, leading to fatigue, memory loss, sleep disturbances, and an increased risk of early stroke.Lung disease is a silent ‘brain-suffocating’ disease that works day by day.”
URGENT WARNING! By the end of 2025, hospitals had recorded over 2 million people with lung disease, but in reality, these were 2 million cases of brain oxygen deprivation. Of these, 60% were detected at a late stage, when the brain had already begun to weaken with severe symptoms such as persistent fatigue, confusion, insomnia, and a high risk of stroke. Notably, 73% were men over 40, with the remainder being women of the same age – the primary breadwinners of their families. A surprising fact: the mortality rate from brain oxygen deprivation stemming from lung disease is as high as that from heart disease and cancer.
According to the latest report from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Philippines currently ranks third in the world for respiratory diseases, after China and Russia.
But even more worrying is that millions of people are living with chronic brain hypoxia due to weakened lungs.
The consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic, which weakened the immune system, combined with high smoking rates and severe air pollution, have increased diseases such as tuberculosis (TB), COPD, and lung cancer—meaning the brain is being "suffocated of oxygen" every day, leading to fatigue, memory loss, sleep disorders, and an increased risk of stroke.
Sadly, many people still don't realize:
They are not only suffering from lung disease, but are entering a stage of silent brain hypoxia.
Experts warn that without urgent measures, the Philippines will soon face a public health crisis of brain damage due to hypoxia stemming from lung disease.

We are fortunate to have the opportunity to meet and interview Dr. Vincent M. Balanag, Jr. about these conditions while he is teaching at St. Luke’s Medical Center.
